Existing domains remain yours. You can buy a website service without transferring ownership. Domain availability, transfer approval and third-party registrar charges are confirmed separately.
How domain requests work at Silver Ivy Media
Can I register a .co.za domain through Silver Ivy?
Yes. Enter the name you have in mind and submit a registration request. We manually confirm availability and pricing before any registration is performed.
I already own a domain. Do I need to buy another?
No. You can use an existing domain for your new website, online store, business email or hosting. We will confirm the access and DNS information needed before making changes.
Can you change my nameservers or help with DNS?
Yes. Request the records or pointing changes you need through Domain Center. We review the request, confirm that you are authorised to manage the domain, and track the work from your client portal.
What happens after I submit a domain request?
You can monitor your request in your client portal while our team checks the details. Submitting a request is not proof that a domain was registered, transferred, renewed or parked.
